2. DEFINITIONS

• • User / Customer: any individual who books a service through the website.
• • Service: private ground transportation services, including airport transfers and point-to-point transfers in the Dominican Republic.
• • Booking: a confirmed reservation made through the website after successful payment.
• • Club / Membership: the optional Global Transfers Club subscription offered to new customers.

3. PURPOSE

These Terms and Conditions govern access to the website and the contracting of the services offered by Punta Cana Pickup. By completing a booking, the User expressly confirms that they have read, understood and accepted these Terms.

4. BOOKING PROCESS

The User selects the route, date, time, number of passengers and provides the required travel and contact details. A booking is considered confirmed only once payment has been successfully completed and a confirmation email has been sent.

5. SERVICE CONDITIONS

The User is solely responsible for providing accurate pickup information (flight number, arrival time, location, contact details).

• Punta Cana Pickup shall not be liable for service issues caused by incorrect, incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the User.
• The service is valid exclusively for the date, route and passengers specified in the booking confirmation.
• Bookings are personal and non-transferable.

6. PAYMENT STRUCTURE AND PARTIAL ONLINE PAYMENT

For certain bookings, Punta Cana Pickup operates under a partial online payment system. The amount charged online at the time of booking corresponds to a reservation and service management fee and does not represent the full price of the transportation service.

The remaining balance of the service price must be paid directly to the driver, using locally accepted payment methods, at the time of service. By completing the booking, the User expressly acknowledges and accepts that:

• • The online payment is a partial payment only.
• • The remaining balance is payable directly to the driver.
• • Failure to pay the remaining balance may result in refusal of service without refund of the online payment.

7. PRICING

All prices are displayed before payment. Prices may vary depending on:<ul><li>Distance</li><li>Vehicle type</li><li>Schedule</li><li>Availability</li><li>Operational conditions</li></ul>The requested vehicle type is subject to operational availability at the time of service. If the exact model reserved is not available, a vehicle suitable for the service requirements and the passenger and luggage capacity may be provided, in accordance with reasonable operational and logistical criteria.<br><br>Once the booking is confirmed, the price shown for that reservation is considered final. However, the remaining balance payable directly to the driver may be subject to minor and reasonable adjustments resulting from local operational circumstances beyond the Company’s control (such as route variations, access conditions, local regulations, or service conditions).

8. OPTIONAL CLUB MEMBERSHIP – FREE TRIAL AND AUTOMATIC RENEWAL

As part of the booking process, Punta Cana Pickup may offer new customers the possibility to activate an optional membership to the Global Transfers Club.

9. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

Due to the personalized and date-specific nature of the transportation service:

• • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before scheduled pickup are eligible for a full refund of the online payment.
• • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before are non-refundable.
• • No refunds will be issued for: No-shows, missed flights, late arrivals, incorrect information, or failure to pay the driver.

If Punta Cana Pickup is unable to provide the service due to reasons directly attributable to us, a full refund of the online payment will be issued.

10. FLIGHT DELAYS AND WAITING TIME

When a flight number is provided, arrival times may be monitored. A reasonable waiting time is included. Excessive delays may result in additional charges or cancellation of the service without refund.

11. LIABILITY

Punta Cana Pickup provides private transportation services and/or acts as a service organizer. We shall not be liable for delays, disruptions or service issues caused by flight delays, traffic, weather, or force majeure events.

Our liability is strictly limited to the amount paid by the User for the affected service.

12. USER OBLIGATIONS

The User agrees not to misuse the service, provide false information, or act in a manner that may compromise safety, operations or legal compliance.

15. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Barcelona, Spain.
